Secure payment

With Maison Paolina, order with confidence. We work in partnership with the payment operator Stripes which provides the secure payment service in SSL security standard. All confidential data is transmitted encoded directly on the Stripes server and in no case passes through our servers.

You can pay with the bank card of your choice: Carte bleue, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express , e-carte bleue as well as all the cards issued in the countries covered by the delivery zone. Maison Paolina reserves the right to refuse certain means of payment following a credit check.

The prices in force at the time of the order apply. All prices are in euros, all taxes included, and excluding delivery costs.

Shipping within 48 working hours.

We prepare packages from Monday to Friday. Orders placed are prepared at our warehouse within 48 hours. The delivery times are those practiced by our partners (Chronopost, Relais Colis), generally, they do not exceed 5 working days (for metropolitan France).

In the case of delivery to relay points, orders generally arrive the day after dispatch.

During sales or promotion periods, this period may be extended, but we guarantee full mobilization of our teams and partners to satisfy you as soon as possible.

Deliveries (standard offered from 330€ of purchase)

We deliver in mainland France and internationally.
Shipping costs depend on your delivery area. From 330€ of purchase, they are offered to you as well as if you have your order delivered to a relay point (for deliveries in metropolitan France only).

Tracking control

Whatever your delivery method, you can follow the status of your order via the delivery tracking link sent by email.

You will always know:

  • The status of your order

  • The shipping date (you will receive an email notification)

  • The delivery status of your parcel, to the address or to the delivery relay point chosen, thanks to a tracking number which will be communicated to you.


You have the option of being reimbursed for any unused item, including during sales or promotion periods, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order, after checking the condition of the returned product. with the sales teams.

Please use your return label if you have placed an order in France, or return your item(s) directly to us by La Poste at the following address:

Whatever the return method, the items must be accompanied by the original label, your order number, the associated name or the invoice.

In the event of a return via La Poste, the shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Maison Paolina.

Returns are free only if you have placed an order in France.

For orders placed outside of France, you can request a refund under the same conditions, but the returns are at your expense. You can send them back to the following address:

Attention : Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are neither taken back nor exchanged.

In the event of a request for reimbursement, the latter is made upon receipt of the package within 15 working days. Your bank account is directly re-credited with the amount of the returned items thanks to the secure payment partner Stripes. A refund confirmation email will therefore be sent to you on the day of the refund.
